About myself: I've retired from the corporate world as a full-time technical writer, marketing writer, technical illustrator, graphics designer and website designer.
Now that I’ve retired from my day job, I want to continue offering these services as a free-lance consultant, specializing in the smaller business.
I’m a qualified technical writer and illustrator, with a background in Engineering, English and Art. I’ve written, designed and illustrated everything from complex hardware and software manuals
to instruction sheets for consumer products -all written in clear, understandable English.
As a technical illustrator I can show, without need of words, what a product looks like, how it works and how its parts fit together. As a graphic designer, I can provide professional business graphics for marketing and advertising.
As a skilled Photoshop operator I can enhance digital photos to suit the client’s needs.
I’m also a website designer with experience ranging from large corporate sites and business sites to personal and specialty sites.
With my background, I can provide corporate identity as well as marketing and technical material for a business.
I’m located in the Fraser Valley in the metropolitan Vancouver, BC area.
